Ahmed Aluko was apparently the main PDP national officer from Kwara State and an individual from its National Executive Committee.

Mr Aluko, who was the PDP agent governorship applicant in Kwara in the 2015 decisions surrendered his participation of the gathering amid its NEC meeting Thursday.

Mr Aluko said he was goaded by choice of PDP national authority to hand over the structure of PDP to the Senate President Bukola Saraki who surrendered on Tuesday to the gathering and went to its NEC meeting Thursday.

"It is, consequently, stunning that the gathering at the national level hosts set out to hand over the get-together structures and every single electable position to deserters with no respects for the individuals who remained by the gathering and incorporated it With a solid winning machine in Kwara. It is much all the more stunning that as the main national officer from Kwara State and NEC part from Kwara (I) was not counseled".

Mr Aluko said he was leaving PDP "for more majority rule stage."

PREMIUM TIMES prior detailed how the state administrators of the PDP in Kwara all surrendered and joined the APC after Mr Saraki's deserting to the PDP.
