Tempest Chris getting off Carolinas; to wind up tropical storm later Monday: NHC

   http//   Typhoon Chris, wandering admirably off the shoreline of the Carolinas, is required to reinforce into a tropical storm later in the day, the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC) said on Monday.

The tempest is situated around 200 miles (320 km) south-southeast of Cape Hatteras, North Carolina and is pressing greatest supported breezes of 60 miles for each hour (95 km/h).
